Holiday opening hours, 2023-24
Over the Christmas & New Year break, we'll spend a little less time answering phones and support tickets. Emergency support is always available.
2023 is nearly over and some well-earned holidays are just around the corner. As usual we'll make sure that everything keeps running smoothly for all our customers, while also letting our Support Team members enjoy a break.

For less urgent phone calls, we'll be available in the hours below. The team will also keep working on support tickets, but we'll be operating at lower capacity than usual. In advance, thank you for being patient. On Monday 8 January, everything will be back to normal.
